4 Peaks

We hiked up 4 peaks Saturday. I was a lot of fun. It took all day. We left at 11 and got back around 8 a lot of it was driving.

It was so pretty!

The weather was really nice too.

We got back to the truck just in time. If it would have been any longer we would have been hiking in the dark.
We saw this tarantula on the trail on our way back to the truck.

Football

We went to the Cardinals and Bills Game. Brady was sad Bills lost.

Honeymoon is over..

Well we did it. We had a mini moon in Scottsdale. We stayed at the Hotel Valley Ho Friday and Saturday night. It was really nice. In about a month or two we plan on going somewhere else for a longer honeymoon, either California or Mexico. We are excited for that! So far life is going good. We are getting settled in our house. We have a roommate, Tara. She works with Brady at University of Phoenix. She has a daughter that is 7, she's adorable. We live on Warner and Lindsey. Everything has been running pretty smoothly. I just started up with teaching piano again. I'm also looking for a job right now that I can do in the mornings to try and bring in a little more money. I took the semester off and am trying to put a painting collection together also. We just bought a new computer and we have Internet so that is exciting. We still don't have hot water! We are working on getting that taken care of, boy to I hope that gets fixed soon. Cold showers are no fun. Well I think the wedding and reception was very nice and I'm so glad that many of our friends and family could be there. I've only seen about 15 pictures of that day. I'm waiting to hear back from the photographer. When I get the pictures I will be sure to put them on here.

10 days!!

Brady and I are going to be married in 10 days! I thought it would be a good idea to start a blog. YAY!!!!
Right now our lives pretty much consist of:
Brady: Working all day as an enrollment counselor at University of Phoenix, doing homework and then coming home to see me!
Me: I took off teaching for July to get everything for the wedding prepared. So during the day I make CD lists for the Reception, shopping for my jewelry, shoes, white stripes, etc. and get to enjoy all the craziness that goes along with planning a wedding.
Then every night we try and change things up a bit. We visit with friends, see movies, go out to eat, sometimes play halo (yes, halo 3, we bought a x box 360), and cuddle up on the couch and read.
We are both really excited and sometimes, I don't know about him but I admit.. I'm a little scared. But we are ready to start out on a new and exciting journey together. We are thankful for all the good examples and loving family and friends who have made us into the people we are today.
